Hi! My name is Pamela Mitchell. 

I am a CNC and I studied Naturopathy. When I was almost 30, I was having horrible health issues and through research I discovered I was in full-blown menopause brought on by the birth control shot that I was taking. Boy would it have been great if someone had prepared me for that! After much research and help from a friend, I balanced my hormones, stopped the shot, and brought myself out of menopause where I had a normal, healthy cycle for about 20 years before entering natural menopause. Having experienced both medically induced and natural menopause (Pre and Peri) along with my background in Natural Health, I have been afforded the rare opportunity to share all I have learned with others!
